As the Founder and CEO of Puma Capital Group, David leads the strategy for its four core businesses: Puma Investments, Puma Growth Partners, Puma Property Finance, and Puma Public Markets. David also co-leads the Shore Capital Group, overseeing its overall fund management activities. Previous roles include Deputy General Counsel, Commercial Director and General Counsel for the wider corporate group. David practised as a barrister for five years prior to that and read Law at Oxford University.

Rupert was part of the founding team of Puma Capital Group and sits on its main board. In 2018 he set up Puma Growth Partners (formerly Puma Private Equity) as a standalone division of the Group. Rupert oversees all aspects of investment and portfolio management, but is most active in helping management teams define strategy, or in supporting during periods of fundamental change.

Rupert has broad experience within the financial markets, having initially worked with an emerging market focus before moving to Barclays Capital within structured finance. In working with portfolio companies Rupert draws on over 20 years of investment experience, plus his personal experience of building the Puma Growth Partners business.

Jeremy has enjoyed a 25-year career in asset management, working most recently in global distribution roles for Liontrust and GAM Investments. At GAM he was on the Senior Leadership Team of the company and his role included the responsibility for sales, marketing, client service and product development.

Prior to that, Jeremy spent 20 years at BlackRock where for many years he ran the UK Retail business and in the latter years was also Co-Head of European Retail Sales.

Virraj Jatania is the founder and CEO of Pockit, a UK-based fintech platform focused on inclusive financial services. He previously helped lead the sale of his family’s FMCG business, Lornamead, and now also heads Monese following its acquisition by Pockit.

Kerttu is Chief Marketing Officer of Lucky Saint, the UK's #1 dedicated alcohol-free beer. Kerttu has worked in consumer goods for over 18 years, starting her career working with household-name brands of Kimberly-Clark (Kleenex, Andrex and Huggies) before moving on to journey through drinks sector: from The Coca-Cola Company leaping into the world of scale up at Union Hand-Roasted Coffee, before joining Lucky Saint in 2022.

She was on the Forbes Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMO list in 2025, was selected as one of Marketing Week’s Top 100 most Effective Marketeers in 2023 and 2024 and is a judge for Marketing Week, The Drum and IPA Effectiveness Awards. Lucky Saint won the Brand of The Year by Marketing Society in 2023, as well as The Grocer Drinks Brand of the year.

Jay Shen founded Transreport in 2016 with the goal of democratising public transport for Disabled and older people. Launching their flagship technology in 2021, Passenger Assistance, Transreport has helped facilitate over 7 million assistance requests for 1 million+ users to date. Transreport is driven by the desire to use technology for good, creating tangible social change through a multimodal platform where Disabled and older people, and anyone with an access need, can seamlessly arrange accessible travel from their home to their destination.

Jay’s goal is to continue to expand Transreport's technology globally, creating equitable access to education, work, and leisure. Jay’s long-term vision is to be part of the societal shift, where everyone can feel welcomed and empowered to access travel and experiences with confidence and without barriers.

Annabel leads the AIC’s communication and promotion strategy, sharing the uses and benefits of investment companies with the media, opinion formers, advisers and private investors. She also encourages member companies to communicate to investors in a clear and engaging way.  Annabel is currently an ambassador for Women on Boards and The Diversity Project.
